I actually understand the feeling you go through, when it comes to been overwhelmed by negative emotions because it happens to me once in a while especially when I’m broke and can’t meet my needs at that exact moment. But one thing I actually admire about this post is the effort you’re putting to shift your focus towards positive thoughts….
