Hello my dear Steemians,

Today I decided to do this post due to the fact that one of the user on Steem who is pretending to be @creativemary is already deceiving Steem communities for a long time.

We all know that there are many users on both platforms who are active here and there. That is why it is not a surprise to see the same posts on both sides. On other hand it is shocking to learn that actually the original user has account on Hive and never was active on Steem. There are many Frauds who create such twin account and silently collecting rewards.

I believe our problem on Steem is that we are concentrated on Steem and Steemians and not checking much in Hive or Blurt.

Original user @creativemary on Hive"

I was informed today by one of our community user about the post that was posted by user @creativemary on Hive

https://hive.blog/blog/@creativemary/someone-pretending-to-be-me-on-steemit

This is the content of the post on Hive

And here is the comment chain that for me looks like a real user who is very upset and angry with the fact to be used:

Is this account @travel2019 behind @creativemary Steem?

If we use the tool of @starlord28, then you will see what it shows:

The whole rewards in the past went to account @travel2019 and you see how his blog look like it starts with the same word "Creative"

The call for all the Steemians:

I do not know if it is possible to find who is exactly behind the account but I just wanted to do the post and warn the users who recently started to support @creativemary account on Steem and tell you:

  • please STOP UPVOTING this account

  • @steemcurator01, if it is possible would you please withdraw your reward from this post:

Please resteem to make this post more visible for others. Also, please be aware there are so many tricks that is used by such frauds. Please, do not blindly trust but better to double check.

As always, faithfully yours we are Guardians of steem,

@stef1 and @myskye

Oh my god this is shocking, I never imagined people can think something like this. Mary is a good friend of my. This is really disturbing

Hi Naina, do you know her from Hive? As the one from Steem trying to convince people that the other one is fake

Yes, I do know her. Let me connect with her and check

Thank you, that would be good

The original @creativemary has never had an account on Steemit. She had joined Hive after the split and she has no clue of whatsoever is happening on Steemit. So clearly this is a fraud personality

Thank you Naina for checking. I am glad that we have now the right person and the person on Steem now hopefully stops using the account of Mary.

I believe our problem on Steem is that we are concentrated on Steem and Steemians and not checking much in Hive or Blurt

It's a lot of work to keep an eye on all three platforms and there are not many who do this work to themselves and I can also understand it

Then maybe the incentives to get a big vote fuels the whole thing

VgA

Agree it is a lot of time if we want to check on all three blockchains, the best to create on each blockchain the acocunt with the same name and this way to block that user name so nobody can register and post under it.

The anticipation of Big Vote definitely makes people to try and this one worked for a long time.

Thank you for your participation in the discussion,

Thank you for this @stef1.

Thank you for your support!

brother i need to your support i had post some times but i did't get upvote so kindly support me so that i can post for more growth with you

please bro please

THis is not appropriate comment to this post and such behavior will be considered as scam!

brother i'm taking about for delegation, right now i not know about this and i had not more sp so i want an information for this so that i comment to you that please support me to giving an information with delegate up-vote with percentage.

I want know about up-vote programme

There's only one way she can prove her innocence!
Take a selfie with a piece of paper on which today's date will be written on the Steemit.
And the next day, take the same selfie with a new date already on the Hive.
If she can't do that, then her account here should be destroyed

Agree, but now the user behind admitted that it is a fake, I will post about it later

The HIVE account was created before the SteemIt account. The HIVE account did a sufficient job proving the identity theft.

Since a large number of people have both SteemIt and Hive accounts, we should expect this type of identity theft to occur regularly.

Wow thats beyond deceptive, its creepy that somebody would pretend to be a completely different user. With the extend that some people go into trying to deceive people on here, if they just put the same effort into creating good honest content they'd probably do very well.

It just confirms how easy it is to trick the people and their good will. That makes us to stop trusting newcomers

Hello @stef1,

Very nice job you do. Indeed.

Just a little notice, you mistake to write down the name of steemcurator01 (is written steemcruator01), and allegedly he can not read your call of atention.

Noted, thank you, there is no grammar correction on the computer that I am using :)

You're welcome!

I can not believe my eyes. This is a big disappointment for me :/ Literally fraudulent!
I was liking the content and art of her posts very much, I am very sorry, now. Although she prepared posts with deep and detailed thoughts, she was writing very short answers to our detailed comments, which I thought was because she does not like to chat. She was someone we didn't suspect, so you made a great point, thank you very much.

I have no words. The posts of this swindler were excellent. And I included them in my magazine.

The funniest thing here is that I read in Hive the posts of the original author. But I thought it was the same person.

I am deeply outraged. I have already been deceived twice.

It is often that only such users will get what they want at the end with all the criminal energy. We often get a victim of such tricks. I am afraid that it might be not the last time...

These three posts were published 2 years ago by High.
I think it is the author's original posts.

And this is what plagiarism looks like, recently published on STЕЕMIT

To be honest, I'm shocked ... they spat in my soul again ... this is the person who was in the support program, who got into the new version of the program ... from whom I least expected betrayal...

That is everything greed and hunt for rewards at any price, no respect for the other person's property and identity. Just disgusting...

Agree...
