“Excellence is a continuous process and not an accident.” -A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

It is said that the beauty of everything is in the end and experiences in life tend to prove that over and over again. There is no such thing as automatic success but success in itself is a process and to avoid the process equals not arriving at real success in all frontiers of life and destiny.

Gold in its raw form is simply dirt. Usually, it involves removing impurities that remain after the smelting process. Refiners add borax and soda ash to the molten metal in a furnace, which separates the pure gold from other precious and less precious metals to attain the final product of pure gold. Our life at some point is like gold in its raw form but we must learn to focus on the end product not its raw form.

At one point, Andrew Carnegie employed forty-three millionaires (quite a feat in the 1930’s). When asked how he had managed to attract and hire all of them, Carnegie responded that they weren’t millionaires when they began working for him. “He explained further, ‘Men are developed the same way gold is mined. Several tons of dirt must be moved to get an ounce of gold. But you don’t go into the mine looking for dirt,’ he added. “You go in looking for gold.”
“It is more important to go slow and gain the lessons you need along the journey then to rush the process and arrive at your destination empty.” -Germany Kent, Your life must go through the process of personal development, training's and discipline among st others, to finally present you with an amazing end product.

DIRT TURNED GOLD…
Frank William Abagnale was a world-famous con man by age 21. Now he runs a fraud consulting company. Between the ages of 16 and 21, Abagnale wrote $2.5 million in fraudulent checks and successfully posed as an airline pilot, doctor, lawyer and college professor.
He was later apprehended by the French police and served five years in prison. That was the process towards transformation for Abagnale. He was later released early under the conditions that he would work with the U.S. government.
According to his firm's Website, he works with consulting financial institutions, corporations, and law enforcement agencies on fraud and security. To date, he has serviced more than 14,000 companies. Such an amazing feat!
The dirt in your life have the potential to be transformed into pure gold but first you must learn to focus on the gold not the dirt. That’s the starting point towards any outstanding transformation!
