I already 100 push-ups today.

I'll do more 70 push-ups, and go to the gym after 7:30 PM. I'll lightly do pull-ups and use a stationary bicycle machine for 30 minutes. I feel tired. So, I don't want to push myself hard.

By the way, it seems my body fat ratio is less than 18%. I'll measure it. It's a good motivation to continuously work out.
