Mawaheb Mohsin says "Not many of us think about passion in the workplace. It is important to do something you love doing or you'll find yourself in a rat race from 9 to 5.

Finding happiness in what you do and having a worthy cause for what you believe in will give you positive work experiences. You will excel in them as long as you enjoy doing them. I'm not saying we shouldn't expose ourselves to other tasks, but its important to do something that comes natural to you. Believe me its easier to work on something your good at and have knowledge in rather than do something that doesn't interest you.

Look for something that interests you and go for it. Don't be a square peg in a round hole. Match your skills with what your best at. Don't let anyone tell you you're not good enough or you have come to the end of your career. It is you who can determine your self worth. It is you who can make a difference and rise from negative experiences. Work is not like pleasant ville and you can't have a perfect work environment. Patience can lead to success in the future. We all strive for leadership roles and positive outcomes. It is from the negative ones however, that we learn the most, get up and try again and move forward.

Always learn to break the routine and go back and practice something you enjoy doing rather than something you have to do."
