WHATEVER YOU DO...DO IT FOR A REASON...DO IT ON REGULAR BASIS...!!

In my own words if you want to achieve something then first conceive it...

Practice it daily...daily...daily and on regular basis...you will surely get it.

In this case to maintain the good health you need to develop a schedule and repeat it daily.

WAKE UP EARLY.
DRINK ENOUGH WATER.
EXERCISE DAILY.
EAT HEALTHY FOOD.
SLEEP ENOUGH.
