• You have picked an incorrect repository, the one chosen is for the documentation of ASP.net not for the actual project
• Your introductory sentences prove weak English, yet the content of the post is of excellent quality, which makes me consider it is taken from other sources.
• You did not provide the source of the image you used
• You did not explain your code, placing the code there without good explanation is useless.
• You provided code without any target of the backend/DB, how could anyone know which username/password to submit....
