Sudah tradisinya orang Aceh, dimana ada tamu yang datang secara adat harus membawa oleh-oleh yang berupa buah tangan, bugitu pula untuk tamu pernikahan atau pesta perkawinan, para tamu dari pihak laki-laki (lintoe Baroe) harus membawakan buah tangan yaitu berupa daun sirih dan juga pinang sebagaimana adat nenek moyang yang telah dilakukan pada zaman dahulu sebelum kita.
