Following the section order is ok....
but if your copying the whole thing and just changing a few places that's a runaway quick scenerio!

This was addressed by Justin in Twitter, and even briefly in the live stream. Basically the main white paper is written in Chinese and more oriented towards their partners (pretty much asians). If you saw the live stream of the tech team, you can notice that most Chinese lack in English ability. This definitely has consequences towards the translations, and references were lost.

I've personally worked in a Chinese IT company oriented towards an international market. There's a massive culture difference, and companies can grow at an incredible rate. While Chinese can be really productive, they might lack some creativity and don't always understand the western market. During my days at the company, I had to fix a lot of translation errors (Chinglish), prevent copyright issues, and fixing issues which might upset the community. Justin did say that they will be working more with native English speakers in the live stream, and expand in San Francisco. I do think a lot of the issues we have seen will be improved upon.
