The Land of Epcot - Day 4

A few times throughout the year, Epcot has festival and events. During this trip they had the “International Festival of the Holidays” with Christmas decorations and different seasonal foods from the different countries.

We started our day at Via Napoli, in Italy. It was a nice little restaurant. We ordered a large pizza half of which had smoked salmon and arugula and a type of cheese which I can't remember the name, the other half had thinly sliced melon, prosciutto, arugula and the same cheese as the other half. I know the combination is off but they really weren't that bad. Here's how it looked.

One of the first attractions we did was called “Living with the Lands" it's a nice little boat tour through The Land greenhouse. We learned that all of what's grown there provides good for the 2 restaurants in the search building.

We got the chance to meet Baymax from Big Hero 6. I like Baymax with hit fist bump and then going ba la la la la. Here's a picture of us with Baymax. :)

Before heading to see the world showcase we rode Journey into Imagination with Figment. This ride was interesting to ride. It's another slow ride and great for kids to ride too!

The time finally came where we went to Canada! If I'm not mistaken every country has a small video that runs about 10 mins talking about that country. We saw the one for Canada and it made me miss home. :( But I liked watching it.

Slowly we made our way around the showcase stopping here and there to look at different countries. We got to the Norway pavilion and had the opportunity to meet Anna and Elsa! We didn't get to make it to Mexico before having to go to a different area for a show that had really cool fireworks.
