Well written article. I believe the solution to the menace of plastic to our environment is to stop its production and focus mainly on recycling the old ones. If demands cant be met with recycling, focus should diversify into production of more environmentally friendly alternatives.
I do agree with you. The Engineered means of plastic waste disposal should do the magic but the issue is most of the developing and underdeveloped countries find it very difficult to practice this because it is out of their reach. We just need to get things right and make sure things are taken care of properly.
