Teaching Special Need Students

Maybe.. you will ask 'how can teacher will teach something to students with the different disability in a same class??' In special needs school u will find many kinds of disability..but teachers are very limited because the special need education teachers are rare in Aceh..
Then.. how it is?? In my class.. i have three student, one with autism and two with limited hearing..
I teach them with one by one in a different way, just because they have different needs.
