i had 2 choices with real estate
One was to buy an apartment in Pärnu, the Summer capital of Estonia for 100 000 euros.
And the second call was to buy apartment 35 km from the city for 4500 ! so I pick the last one
and everybody is saying that I am stupid because of its so war away ...
why worry
Seems like people do care of the location. I say... who cares where you can play PS4, take an bubblebath and just fucking enjoy your life! PS! I live upstairs neighbour.
