Photo of the Day: French for Lunch

in #steemit7 years ago

I'm not really familiar with French cooking but I do know what escargot are and I've been meaning to try them for some time. Finally the day has come. They're not actually that bad, it's like a milder version of clams I think, although there was a lot of seasoning which I'm sure helped too. The other pic is salmon over rice with asparagus, it was pretty good as well. This was taken with my iPhone 6 at a small locally owned French restaurant here in Albuquerque.

What are you guys' favorite type of food?

I've only had escargot once, but it was absolutely fantastic. I found it takes on a lot of the flavor of what it was cooked in, so for the most part it just tasted like garlic butter. Not something you'll find me complaining about though.

I never try escargots but my boyfriend love them ^^ In the pics they seems tasty.

maybe you don't know how to cooking, but you know what to eat. I would like to eat some food from this photos.
