Welcome to Steemit. I'm certain some will come to give you advice - all I will say is, if you post anime from other sources, ALWAYS give a link to the source (where you got it).
Also, stay friendly and keep on posting, even when it feels like nobody is seeing your posts.
Take a look at posts that interest you and give an interesting comment - never say, follow me or upvote me or anything like that. Also, not something silly and false like 'Nice post'.
Show, in your comment that you saw the post and gave it some thought. People will (sometimes) upvote good comments, and if the comment is really interesting, they will come to look at your posts....and maybe follow you.
