Even though I have no idea of why he decided to delegate tons of SP to a handful of Steemians, I guess he had a decent plan... However, he should definitely delegate in quantities instead.

Perhaps it was too time consuming trying to find multiple users or the lack of ideas. Delegating 500K also encourage users to either start their own vote-selling business or insane self-votes, and we've seen both.

I hope he'll do quantities in the future.
