Suggestions and Comments most welcome, i hope you enjoyed the 3rd revision of my statistics posts :-)

I see several known bots / abusers in that list. It would be interesting to filter the list by reputation.

Dan that's a great idea, there is allot of data to work with so i am just finding my feet but what is very apparent is the upvote abuse on this site. thx for taking interest

I for one nominate gord0b as our stats and graphs guy.

edit: my spelling is atrocious.

Rock Star klye - im trying to keep it real )

This is primarily one "bot-net" all acting in unison and they are being targeted by people like me ( @clamps ) and others ( @cheetah , @antispam ) so their upvotes and comments mean very little now.

They do still increase the vote count for posts though which is why I think the botnet is still alive and active (to try and game the #hot list)

Good point, the bots do seem to be controlled in majority by the few - the new reputation system will definately assist in this regard

I love stats, i did a lot of stats recently on my blog. What are you using to gathering the data?

I am piecing it together very carefully ) - yeah i love stats too, i am getting there & get the feeling that i am onto something bigger, some thoughts;
Top accounts seem to be bots, they are upvoting their own posts etc - trying to generate revenue & noise it seems
You will probably find it is 1 person behind this, the stat counts are too similar in % growth from day to day

It's getting better and better 🙌🐬🙌 keep it going !

I told you it that the stats would be a little better next time -) - thanks for the kudo's

Thanks, with each analytical post i get deeper into the information, keep a lookout for more to come )

Huge change from your first post when I asked you for more details . Really great work you do

I know the Steemit Elimination Game is broken, so the only fair thing I can do is say that you and @rittr are tied for first place. If there is another round and if it ever becomes popular, the two of you will be known as being the first winners.

I'm curious if anyone knows how Reddit deals/dealt with bots posting autocomments?

Good question and i am not sure at all

I'm currently spending 2-3 hours per day curating and finding that 20-30 upvotes/comments or 10 upvotes/hr is about maximum speed. Anything more than 10/hr probably means a human is not reading the posts/comments or taking the time to add value via commenting. Some will be faster, some slower but >40/hr is probably a bot or someone just upvoting willy-nilly.

Yip, it looks like bot are mostly involved, it is concerning that they are upvoting their own comments too. There are 16 accounts averaging over 103 upvotes per hour - not good

good job with the stats
i honestly though there were alot more active users upvoting

Yeah me too, keep in mind these stats are just for 1 hour every day, so these accounts are creating allot of noise & probably revenue (i hope not)
