well i think these are not real persons, they are just bots. usually when you add "steemit" as category the potential is very high to get hit by those bots, very annoying. they have to do something against that otherwise there will be no future for steem.

This is very similar to what I thought.. I don't know what to do about it, but I feel like everyone is just voting on things they believe the "whales" would like (like anything with written steemit on it) instead on voting on things that they really like.
