As a long time admirer of your sense of humor, talent for editing and strength of character, I'd like to thank you for sharing this story of your beginning. I find it inspirational and can't wait to see what comes next from the weird and wonderful Allseeing Ewe...a magical creature ewe are 😊

Listen, you! For someone who's been on the business end of some of my lower-brow trolling, this means a lot to me. I'm so pleased you and I were able to get to the light at the end of the nasty tunnel that was all of 2017... and that it wasn't the headlamp of a fast-approaching train! Luv ya, Shoni noni!

Feeling is mutual! Fer sher 😘

We gave up cable years ago and watch very little on TV. Usually an educational documentary or old I Love Lucy re-runs with the occasional cartoon slipped in.

Some think it's darn-near child abuse, especially those that know my dark secret.

Portuguese was my first language and Sesame Street taught me English and how to read!

I have to remind my elders that tv today is not what it was in the 70s-80s. Back then you had 2, maybe 3 stations playing a couple toddler cartoons in the morning, a couple hours in the afternoon and then Saturday morning. When the toons ended, we went outside! No need to argue or coerce! It's just the way it was!

Now we have Netflix or Amazon prime, and if you watch a show, the next one is queued up ready to start automatically, which usually results in a tantrum by one or more kids when trying to shut off the TV.

Lastly, I will not let my kids search YouTube without me anymore. Too much creepy content!

steemit is certainly a lot more betterer than the alternatives in terms of opportunity and community

Yeah I agree. Steemit provides a better opportunity for content creators.

And the fact that it's decentralized and not censored has given creators liberty to express themselves, and to me, its a good development

This is a pretty entertaining post @allseeingewe i dropped tv early on too when i noticed how it was making me feel. (Bleh!) And, the ads.... took me a while longer to see their grotesqueness. My kids have had a little tv/ lots of movies, here and there. While we don't have tv we do have internet. That's where they hangout. Hoping to hell they are more awake to the programming and all that. It's a complicated life at times. Guess we are just trying to make the best of it!

Good for you for finding your niche. Keep having fun 💖

LOL 🎉🎶 thanks for that 😁 i think a bike like that, with a big ol basket would help make things more simple! And, nothing like some jazz music to sooth the soul 💜💙💚💛❤😊

Great to hang out a bit @allseeingewe

Awesome post my dear!! You and I got out of TV around the same time...what it went digital. Seemed like something wrong n God never did allow the government adaptor box to ever quite work. Looking back now, surely it was a sign.

I got on DTube last night. No looking back!

I only watch tv when visiting my grandpa. Comercials are crazy long! Sometimes they took about 10 min here in germany.

And im just close a vid, when there is a 30 secounds advertisement on Youtube! xD
