It's motive is to share your provlem and related experts will advice you on how you can handle those issues effectively.

There is also a personal chat option where users can communicate with one another privately.

In today's world, there are lots of problems arising on a daily basis from rape, suicide attempts, etc.

Most of these could be avoided if the victim has someone to talk him/her out of whatever situation they're facing.
