RE: Crypto Empire Game: Play and Earn!

in #steem7 years ago

I'm going to add the question phase which starts right now!

  1. It seems like after you hire workers it takes them 1 full turn/week to even get started working, is that right? So even though i hired them last week, they start working now, and next week I'll actually get stuff from them.

  2. If i fire a worker now, then i assume i will get nothing from them even though i hired them last week? Or will I get production from them and next week they will be gone and i can hire someone else?

  3. On the action phase it says I can only choose one option - does that mean that if i order 5 miners to study new tech that i can't embark on a quest or order any other types of workers to study anything?

  4. One of the options in the action phase is "build". So does this mean that if I choose to build something in the colony phase I have to choose "build" as my one action in the action phase?

Sorry as always for all the questions but i'm still quite confused about how all of this works...it's holding me back from delegating more at this time.

Hey man! Cool questions.

  1. You order to hire on one turn, they start working the next one, resources processed the next one and subsequent. Correct.

  2. Fire a worker now and hire another you will still get the resources from the one you fired because they were upcoming. And you will have the new one start as if you would hire him normally.

  3. You can choose one for your (hero) the colonist. You can either choose one tech or perform an action.

  4. The "Build" option is if you want to build something with your hero. If you don't have a builder you have to build it yourself. If you have a builder then they'll build. These buildings are completed in 1 turn, but on more advanced ones you get more speed with more builders and you can choose to help them yourself. You'll be notified if a building takes longer than 1 week.

Thanks for the questions Matt... Good for another FAQs post.

thanks for asking these questions. I don't know how it all works either. I just assumed I'd hired a lazy worker :P
