To prepare the chistorras:

1- Cut the chistorras into small or medium pieces.

2- If you don't want to light the grill and prefer to cook the chistorra in the pan, then place the pan on medium heat.

3- Add olive oil and the chistorra pieces cut into small pieces previously, since this way they cook faster and brown better. Fry them for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. When you are done, remove the fat from your chistorras with absorbent paper.

To prepare the chorizos:

1- Drizzle a pan with oil. Put it in the kitchen and set the heat to medium high.

2- Add the chopped chorizo. It's best to do it quickly before the pan gets too hot.

3- Cook the chorizo for 5 minutes. Turn the pieces frequently, using tweezers, since by frying and turning you will avoid that they brown more on one side than on the other.

4- At this point, you can lower the heat to medium low and add ½ cup (125 ml) of water.

5- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 12 minutes or until the percent eye thinks it is ready.

Prepare your avocado with chistorras and chorizos:

Depending on how many people will eat, you can use more than one avocado.

Remove the avocado seed with the help of a spoon or a knife.

You can season the avocado with an ingredient of your choice such as pepper (just a little).

Add the precooked chistorras pieces.

Add the pieces of precooked sausages.

To make everything even more delicious, you can add tomato, paprika and grated cheese to the preparation.

The good thing about this easy recipe is that you can be as creative as possible.
