  I’m Happy to announce the Project Eloncity released their whitepaper recently and by using that I will go through this whitepaper by describing an overview of the Eloncity Model, a community-based decentralized renewable energy platform powered by blockchain ecosystem for building and deploying decentralized energy resources ,key building blocks of the Eloncity solutions, target markets, and an implementation of the roadmap.   

  Eloncity - a project that is not so new to the market. However, their "shoulders" have accumulated experience and now is the time to apply it, integrating the latest innovations in the industry. The platform wants to make its system more decentralized. Transform your own power system into millions of networked networks. So the project Eloncity concept or "Eloncity model" which is discussed in this whitepaper was totally created to give a far better power system avoiding all the issues and disadvantages of current centralized power systems.
