B.C. has the highest rate of working poor in Canada

According to Statistics Canada,

A family of four is impoverished, if it has an annual after-tax income of $42K or less.

A family of four in Victoria needs both adults in the family to work full-time and make $20.02 per hour to be consider they earn a living wage.
