submerged
suspicion, such
subconscious thing

or else it stalks
behind me,
literal the mountains

blue, aquatic

in the dimness
evening brings

and fishes, birds,
float either way
amongst the peaks,
change forms,

i’m undecided

Another short piece inspired by the ever-present Robert Creeley.
Peace be with you, this evening.

TRANSCENDENT ... Bravo:)

Haha, I thought you might like that bit ;) Thank you!

I build sims in Second Life or I used to. I have small one there and one of the things I often do is fill the sky with fish and sharks and whales. I once built a sola system with liveable planets and there were circling sharks and whales i my universe ... it is basically not home for me if there are no meerfolk in the sky :)

And if you have ever heard me sing i am many in one ....this is why these lines are mine now :)

and fishes, birds,
float either way
amongst the peaks,
change forms

I shall put them in my box of treasures :) see like the magpie I flew in cause you presented the shiny :)

Glad to be of service to your songstress, Tyger :) I love comments like this - that's such a unique connection to a piece I would never have dreamed of when I posted it. Thank you for sharing with me!

I noticed that you're inspired by Black Mountain poets, Lazarus, they must take a special place in your heart... I'd love you to tell about them in our poetry class one day, when I asked the guys if they knew about them, they were negative. Haha, the same for me, I learned about them by spying on you )

Haha, your "piece be with you..." is remarkable for that's exactly the feeling that is left after reading the piece) peace that comes from contemplation of the subtle phenomena of living nature and leads to contemplation of the soul, the inner nature... I'm not sure I managed to express my thought right (

This condition of the full immersion into the atmosphere of the piece is somehow reached to me by the repetition of "s" in the beginning, puts you into a meditative state, haha, I don't meditate anymore though, but earlier experience comes out unexpecting...

Yes, they are a little off the beaten track where most poetry is concerned, but a deep dive into their work has been so rewarding for me. Out of my top ten poets, at least 3 are connected with the school in some way. Glad some of it has rubbed off on you at least! Maybe I could give an introduction to them one day...

Your thought reads well to me :) The peculiar, unfathomable worlds of our inner nature represented out there, in the physical world. That's all I could have hoped for! I don't mediate either, anymore, although I've just started doing blindfolded automatic writing, which seems to amount to more or less the same thing...
