Which face of mine,
Are you in love with?
For you see,
I wear a thousand masks
And none of them is me.

I'm drenched with fear
Because deep inside, I feel
Never can I 'fit in' your mould.
Aspiring to be what I am not,
To clinch that no one scorns.

It just takes a winsome phoney smile
And a disguise of credence on my face,
To make sure you believe
That confidence is my name,
Still doesn't set my heart aflame

Has built myself enough on the outside.
What have you seen beneath?
Beneath those fake smiles,
Dwells a broken heart, an injured soul
Longing for acceptance to fill the hollow space.

Bleeding, and bruised, and pale inside
My life's twisted, for I am what I am not,
The esse of invisibility.
Should I be uncovering my true self?
Or, should I continue to hide behind the mask?

Ought to liberate myself
From my self-built prison walls,
To go so high where nobody resides.
It seems ropes could help me soar
Through the clouds, to the heaven where serenity lies.

Because living is tough you see,
The whole world is but just a CAMOUFLAGE!

Thank you for your time!
