Very interesting post. I'm not living in NYC but in Philly. I'm an expat from France and have been in NYC 3 times in 4 months now as a "tourist" and was reflecting how "normal" people are actually living in such a city.

And Yes! I do agree that it's crazy how we New yorkers simply live and ignore all we have around us
