Sunset Canoe Ride

Last fall I had a chance to jump in a car and make the 20+ hour drive out to Banff with my wife. We made no plans at all ahead of time and made a point to just explore anything and everything while we were there. A park ranger gave us some pointers on where to camp and we decided to do an overnight at this lake. We were pleased to find a canoe waiting for us on the beach and took it for a spin right as the sun was setting. Truly an amazing experience.
