ॐ Nature's Renaissance at the market!

in #permaculture7 years ago

Hi all!

We have been having a very intense summer so far and have not had much time to post. We hope to have more time soon, to be able to show you what we are doing. We actually found a nice stone mill and in the next post we will be milling the rye we grew last winter and will be baking some bread in a traditional oven!

As you may be aware, there is a market in Paramytha once a month. Please come and check it out, their page is here:

The next one is on October 1st

In the picture below you can see some of the Soaps that Kitti makes. She has wonderful feedback from the people that use them, I love them and i hope in the future to be able to help her make her own workshop so she can spend more time doing this art form that she likes!

Plenty of Cherry tomatoes this season. If you have never tried a black cherry tomato, then you have no idea how sweet a tomato can be!

Here we have some of our teas that we have collected from nature. Each combination has it's own purpose. Plus you can see some of other veggies that we are growing at the moment. What is interesting to note, is that some of the seeds we saved from last year have cross pollinated with other varieties to make some new unique ones!

Here we have Quince liqueur, Pomegranate liqueur, pickled cherries (yes!), cherry and plum chilly sauce and apple chilly sauce!
