Himalayan Salt! Are you familiar with this? The use and Benefits?

I went out shortly after a few minutes to rest and see something else, green leaves, hear the voice of birds and see different colors of flowers. I feel like I'm out of steam and want to drink fresh juice or just hang out and lie down?

I remember, having a drink that gives a glow to the body and mind? Maybe the mixture of orange and carrots? Because of the beta-carotene of carrots and orange, it boosts immunity and boosts cellular repair and metabolism. Not sure?

I feel like melting candles or ice. I need more energy to continue this whole day. I felt it before. I need some food that stimulates the body and relaxes the mind. There is a cucumber in the house! I put it on a piece of sliced onions, tomatoes, carrots, and vinegar and a little sugar and black pepper! And I called it Kenneth's vegetable salad!

Himalayan salt is mostly mined in Khewra Salt Mine in Khewra, Jhelum District, Punjab, located at the foot of the Salt Range hill system in Punjab of the Indo-Gangetic Plain of Pakistan.
