Relaxing is Must

The topic I’m going to talk is “the relaxing activities that I usually do”.As we all are human being,we can get stress and tension easily.At that time,we need to reduce our mind.We have to make sure the activities that make us feel great.If the things we do are not relaxing,it’s not actual leisure.So,I want to share my usual activities that make me feel relax.
The first thing I do is sleeping.Sleeping can forget every situation which make us feel depressed or disappointed.Before Sleeping,we may think all the problem and fix our bad mood.We can consider ourselves which is wrong or right.Then,we fall asleep slowly.After we’d woke up,we can feel stronger than before.
Singing and dancing in the bathroom is also the next thing that makes me relax.Singing loudly is the best way to relax.We may drop tears through the water without knowing anyone.By dancing,we may be tired but we must get even freedom and happiness.After we’re out of bathroom,I swear we’ve no any depression.
The final point is hanging out with my friend.But make sure she drive you to bridge or around the city.You can talk her whatever you felt by sitting behind her.whether she listens to you or not,it’s not important and you don’t need to care.
These are my favorite ways how to relax myselfIf there’s anything you want to do,you should try my ways like I used to do.I hope these can support you and build your life skipping your tension.

Shouting on the silent bridge is also a good way to reduce stress. But sleeping is the most I like best. 😝😝😝
