Hi there

I'm Pedro

Pedro.jpg

A few words about myself. I am a committed humanist, a compulsive traveler, in love with the various forms of art. I began with music, then with painting, and then photography and theater. I am currently developing his PhD in the area of human cooperation dynamics at IST, Lisboa, Portugal.

With a "technical background" training in Computer Engineering, I tried to diversify this training, seeking the most diverse artistic and humanistic courses, rejecting the usual and artificial dichotomy "technique / science" vs. "art / humanism", where we are often forced to fit.

I have spent a lot of time traveling around the world, which has helped me reinforce my humanist perspective and empathy for other humans.

I am the co-author of the book of author and travel photography "Turkish coffee with the former Yugoslavs" (2015), the scientific humor book "Divide for zero with Elena Ceausescu" (2016) and the children's book "The monster of the kisses" (2017).

I expect to post humanism related content, both technical and non-technical.

Cheers, everyone,
Pedro
