Late for My Stalker Appointment

in #life6 years ago

I'm just mumbling through this; am exhausted from long work nights all week. This is me coming home "early" and on time. The stalker neighbor knows my schedule. It's not difficult to know a neighbor's routine. It's not difficult to find one's own routine and effortlessly flow with and about the modern era with an occasional hello without being a stalker.

Unfortunately, I have come to learn of the stalker-routine; or at least I'm trying to notice it in order to avoid him. There lies a problematic layer: harassers disrupt other people's routines. Here, I work for a living and I'm parking my car after work.

At the end of the video the stalker shows he is aware I want nothing to do with him but, as is frequently the case, he'll have a smoke outside timed just annoyingly enough.

Thursday night I did not come home. Friday morning he left a cigarette butt on my parking space. (There are butt cans on the door step.)

I'm mumbling here that I don't always whip out the camera. There's just a gut (wringing) feeling I'll "catch a stalker" when I turn on the phone camera. Stalker hunting? There are twelve units in the building. I never see any other neighbors when I work nights. I rarely see neighbors during the day as most of them have shit to do.
