RE: I'm getting married!

in #life6 years ago (edited)

Wow! Congratulations!!
Things always goes wrong. I wanted to proposed on a Ferris wheel just the two of us, we ended up being assign the same booth with a couple of kids. In hind sight I should have proposed with the audience anyway, but I didn't, ended up just asking her afterwards at a nearby park bench. She said no... Because she want it to be special. So we went on a hike the following morning and I proposed again by a cliff looking into the sea. And she say yes.

The moral of the story is (this part applies to the wedding) , it will never go according to plan. So have a plan B, and just relax, knowing that it doesn't have to be perfect!

Thank you! :)

Oops, she was quite demanding :D I guess she is more romantic soul than me. I just didn't want the asexual couch engagement. It was not ideal, but we have something interesting to tell at least. Our story is as insane as us. But who could know that there will be some problem with both of our favorite restaurants?

The imperfection is just the best and most interesting part of it.

Well, it was at a park bench beside a rubbish bin, so I didn't blame her, I did worry the whole night and was relieved she said yes the next day.

I hope you will have a wonderful wedding! Congratulations again :)
