When i feel like i am stuck with my life...!

in #life7 years ago

With some insights that i acquired from technology and science articles , i thought it is a very authenticated data that wants to be shared with the public. In a study conducted in a famous university finds that high engagement with mobile technology leads to anxiety and deppression.
Mobile technology is normally used as a security blanket during stressfull moments, But actually this benefit was small and short lived.
Now let me share with you what i felt when i deleted all social apps for a week in my life. I was a person who first check my mobile from the bed after just waking up. Initially i had very awkward feeling but later on i realised that i started living my own life instead of living the lives of my hundreds of friends. I realised i had wasted my precious time looking for others, and felt like dumber or like my IQ was lowering or something i don't know to explain.!
Moreover i was convinced that very few people exists
Who would wants to know what i was upto.Removing my digital footprint seems like i had removed a full chapter from my own life. Every communication then became by actually calling people instead of sending out messages. I have cultivated more friendships which is more deeper than just liking the profile picture or just saying a hi.
With few reasons i again was forced to be active in these social sites. But Today onwards i ceased that, and now i starting my journey to self discovery.
This is just my personal experience and my choice. I just want to give a shot what my thoughts and what i lack from that. This choice is only because i felt like i had used my mobile more than i need to use. Do this f you genuinely feel like you are stuck with your present life or want a change or to challenge yourself.
