So true too, @indigoocean; and it is a reminder to myself as well (wired into the steem blockchain forever). It's so much about being aware enough in the moment to take back our power to choose from the monotony of beliefs we've wired into ourselves by repetitiously thinking the same limiting thoughts over and over again; and the more we choose to do that and focus our thinking on our preferred outcome, the more we wire those new beliefs into us that are more in line with who we really and truly prefer to be.
