Hi!
We are running every day after things and we are forgetting to live our life for real. It is not happening because we don't care, but because we really forget to spend quality time with ourselves. We are little robots on this earth and what matters the most are the small things, but we get lost by counting the hours till we have to do something what we consider that is important, even maybe sometimes is not. We forget to live in connection with ourself and we just don't get the message from our inner because of the stress we build around us and inside of us.
Life is simple, is just about how to be happy. But we like to complicate it, to make it sad. We build walls between us and our happiness and after that we cry that is hard to climb the walls.
Stop for a second now and realize what I really said in the real meaning of the words.
I was in a great holiday las year at the Black Sea. I woke up in the morning at 5 o'clock just to get this amazing picture. It was a great time, spent on the soft beach sand and shells, to feel the cold salted water delighting my feet, the breeze reaching my skin and the sun enjoying my eyes.
Now look at the picture from the post for a minute, close our eyes and thing about the picture and try to imagine yourself there. U get lost in thoughts ? It means you need to stare at the picture for one more minute. You still see the picture clear in your mind staying with eyes closed? It means that you have spent the first minute only with yourself.
