How to make the most of every moment

I think once in a while we get so wrapped up in our practices, devices, and work that we can get somewhat occupied from the minutes that present themselves at this moment. What I've seen when I stall out in this cycle is that I am way less beneficial (which means I'm not currently making the things that I want). I'm likewise not as glad, and time feels like it's passing by at twist speed.

So this week I have an interpretation of living present in every minute, and I'm fusing another training into my life to keep me in the time that I realize that issues most: the present.

The initial phase in being available is to perceive when you are not being available. This was immense for me. I have constantly viewed myself as an exceptionally exhibit individual (I expound on everything the time).
