I appreciate the reflections of your post, @nancybriti, although I differ from certain aspects in it, or the way of expressing them. I don't share the idea that our life is made up of things that we might consider waste. I believe that life is that set of contradictions that we are: mistakes, successes, searches, uncertainties, losses, deviations, achievements, expectations, forgetfulness, failures? The problem, from my point of view, is how to assume them, how to receive them and process them. I don't think we can have access to something like a "full life"; we will always be a "rest" that never comes, I think. Greetings.
