By Analogy, STEEMIT is a GAME system where users compete for ATTENTION and REWARDS by bringing content and adding value to the platform.
It is similar to how someone playing a video game could obtain a limited item or currency by playing the game. The reward people earn are tokens that have market value and are readily tradable. If the currency or items are transferable between users, then they can sell or buy them in game item markets.
Earning in Steemit requires a lot of hard work, making connections with others especially the Big boys such as @exyle and developing a reputation for bringing high quality content like I am doing right now.
Consistency will payoff in the long run if you've realistic expectations, focusing on building a following, making connections and developing a good reputation.

** YOUR CURATION EFFORT**

The idea behind curators and content curation is that there is such a flood of new content pouring through the Internet pipes these days that being aware of all of it and sorting it out in meaningful ways is simply not possible.
As a curator, your job is to do the hard work of sitting through the contents within a particular topic area or "meme" and pulling out the things that seem to make most sense. Which requires a lot of effort although profitable, and good skills at

locating and evaluating valuable content.
Organizing and connecting content do that it is as accessible as possible.
creating and re-purposing content when it adds to the underlying value.
Capitalizing on the social Web to build connections and context.
Building trusted relationships with learners and other curators.
Design learning experiences (in a much broader sense than traditional approaches).

In summary; As a curator you must strive to excel at helping others make senses.

There are a lot of Steemians who want to combat information overload about areas they care about. To maximize this platform, - write about topics you care about the most and captures your interest.

  • Focus on a particular body of knowledge or skill you want to learn and spend quality time researching, documenting and Blogging it here on Steemit.
It's really hard not to become a Valuable curator for that area when you do this. This is because you continually provide High Value to this learning community.
Reinvent yourself through this kind of effort.

This is it! Best of luck Guys images.png
