A Morning Feast

Organic yogurt with fresh ground cinnamon, serving of cashews, serving of mixed nuts and dried fruit. Two date roles top off the morning. A very high protein breakfast.

Toast And Fruit Is Another Good Breakfast

Watermelon, cantaloupe and freshly baked bread toasted with fresh butter. 

For Those Who Love Fruit.... A Vegan Special

Fresh organic dates and bananas and a cup of fresh strawberries fresh from the garden.

Fruit Lovers Haven

Fresh organic dates, bananas, and grapes with figs straight from the tree and strawberries from the garden. 

Breakfast does not need to be heavy or boring, even when traveling. These are easy to prepare from the hotel and will keep you energetic and sharp till time for the noon. meal. As anyone knows, the food is better when you prepare it, rather than always eating out when on the road. All you need is a quick stop at the store or open market and then back to prepare a week of delicious meals. Get creative and stop feeling tired and sluggish on the road. Enjoy your options on the road.

I need to eat like this. I am so obese.

Even eating healthy and just what the body needs, it takes so long to get those pounds off. I am still working on it. Just start and it will happen @simivalleyjeff53.

Not really, as you are ONLY eating the correct amounts @skysnap. If I do it right, I loose weight right along.
