NOT AT ALL: Hardwork DOES NOT Pay!

in #life7 years ago (edited)

This may sound like a sorry excuse for not working well..huh!? wait till I'm done!

You ever worked so hard on something and got so little rewards?....You ever put in so much energy, passion and even top dollar into an investment and it still didn't give you quality profit?.....Finally, have you put in so much love, dedication and Time into a relationship, and yet the other partner couldn't reciprocate?...I'll tell you!

You failed simply because you didn't have Passion, yes DIRECTED PASSION

Passion is that drive that makes you wanna do great stuff-It could be short term or long term- however, when it is strongly undirected it could be like a ricocheted bullet. Yeah, having so much force but going nowhere in particular.

If you take a critical look at everything that has failed around you, you will see this recurrent factor glaring at you in ALL instances.

Take that failed business or even that business you're into but currently running at a loss: you put in time, energy, finances ....you were all in! You did your research(I suppose), you had the right attitude(you thought) and even knew
your target market. Then what was the missing link?

I'm going to explain in the simplest of terms, what I call : The Law of Reciprocity..This law avails you the opportunity of putting in initial time and energy, and then leaving your co-ordinates(structure) to give the desired results(reward).

This, my dear friends, is called WORKING SMART

In that relationship, you gave that partner a lot to hold onto, while having no form of commitment from him/her.It's very rampant to emotionally invest into relationships and friendships with no form of reciprocation.

Listen: ALWAYS HAVE AN EXPECTANCY AND DEMAND RECIPROCATION WHEN YOU DON'T SEE RESULTS IN THAT DIRECTION!

You've got watch against being the proverbial willing horse that was driven to death!

  • In business, set up all the necessary structure. You don't need to always be at the forefront of affairs! Just do your part and let those in charge of organically running the business do just that.

  • Do not allow individuals who do not impact positively to your life.

  • Set your standards.

  • WORK SMART in that business and watch your business grow steadily.

  • WORK SMART in your relationship and see your relationship blossom stronger...Never settle for less!
