Are you up for action or down for procrastination

This beautiful outdoor ad for Nike says it all, how many things you said you're going to start tomorrow? Your diet? Your workout? Your project? Setting your marriage straight? Apologizing for something wrong u did? Learning to play a musical instrument? How many things have you put aside?

The danger here comes from this; you intend to do something, your unconscious doesnt understand time, it understands only NOW, and now your unconscious orders the body to generate the energy to accomplish the thing you intended, and we takj energy we talk of hormons, glucose, adrenaline, and if you dont get up and start doing actions, where would those go? They woll roam around your body messing with your hormones levels, with time your glands will go in mess because they dont know what to do, they have done their job but you didnt do yours.

On a mental level, procrastination opens a new cluster in your brain, a cluster to keep all the unaccomplished files in, and with time your unconscious will learn that you are not up to the occassion, and will work in your favor by giving you continuous excuses for everything you intend to do even the simplest things will look huge in your eyes and you will not take much effort creating an excuse cause your unconscious is doing the job for you.

Get up, dust off yourself from all those excuses, and go create gour life events.
