LEARN FROM OTHERS AND SHARE FROM YOUR KNOWLEDGE

In whatever season we find ourselves it pays a lot to listen to people especially those who are of lower standard to us. Sometimes we tend to ignore these ones simply because we feel we are better than them or they are not of our class.

Nevertheless it is profitable to us to learn not to discredit people especially when it comes to advises or experience sharing. Take the lesson and move on with it and in the process is moving on please do not forget to make use of it.

We should make use of the philosophy of others like the 'Ubuntu philosophy'. "The I am this because you are this too" which simply means humanity towards one another. This is the way we should go as a community and as a nation.

When we do not agree with people, we should be careful not to disagree blindly or to disagree because we feel the person is not smart or inferior than we are. We should learn to keep an open mind big enough to see valid points from the usual places. Anybody can be used to pass a positive message and it is left for the listeners to discern the truth from the message passed.

God can speak through the mouth of the donkeys, and he can use anyone to warn us about our life and also point us in the right direction. Do not be quick to discard people without listening to them. Listen to them, learn from them, and make use of it. We all need each other to survive and pride cannot make one aim high. You need to let go to enable growth, a success aspirant knows that it takes awhile to grow and takes nothing to unlearn the growth. Let your learning be a lesson to others.

Also remember that when we face ourselves, we grow so always learn to give a part of yourself to the needy and you will get something better in return. Shre your journey both successful ones and the unsuccessful ones so others can tap from your depth of knowledge.
