Why Steem Should Change the Platform?

How many times do you click steemit.com a day? I guess some are on steem the whole and some might take a break. STEEM is getting bigger each day because more and more people join steem every minute. When I was first started, I had to wait three days to get the account confirmed and began on my blog. So, steem now is a one of the biggest platforms on social media.

I wonder, will steem justify its platform one day so that it allows readers to find a hot, and new posts to read easier?

When you open steemit.com, you see the logo on the top, left corner and below that are the pages(home, new, hot, trending, promoted). It's like opening a website and you get to see different pages on that website. But the purpose of steem is more than just a website. Steem is a platforms for bloggers to create and show their creativity.

It is kind of confused when you first started like me because you wouldn't see what's new and where you can find the best post you really want to see. If you click on "home or new" page, you will see all the posts that have been published a second or a minute ago. The problem is people would just scroll up and down for the famous post to comment on. Sometimes, if your post looks attractive enough, then your post might be clicked and upvoted on. On the other hand, there are some good interesting posts that are left behind because so many people try to post at the same time, and some readers don't get to see those good ones.

So, I have an idea. I know that Steem is not just a normal website, but actually is a complex platform that hosts many blogs at once. Therefore, I think this platform should be renovated. It is hard to find and pick a good post when you see all the posts are about the same size, has a picture in front and a title whenever you click on "home or new" page. Maybe it would be a good idea to justify the size each page. For example, on the "home"page there should be a bigger screen for those new posts that are continuously published and it switches every time when new posts are coming so that readers can focus on a bigger screen.

This idea might be stupid but please leave me a any comment below. Next topic is "what to do when you feel hopeless after a few weeks in Steem"

Steem is still on beta, thank goodness, so a lot will still have to be changed.

Just a proposal. thanks for your idea

I agree that number of good posts don't get attention here. I have another solution, I think the blogs much be written category wise, such as travel, music, crypto etc. In each category then we can have the subcategories that we already have, like hot, new and trending. This will make the post finely divided and easily classified.

This could be another change to make Steem a better community.
