Impossible is nothing

"Never lose hope; there are always possibilities if you just look for them." -Catherine Pulsifer

The greatest masterpieces of art or music and even some of the greatest scientific discoveries were made possible because people followed their urge or inspiration. If they thought it through too much, their rational mind would have said that it would be a waste of time or they were just fooling themselves. -Jaya Ramachandran (excerpts from Bounce Back with Power).

It always impossible until someone takes the bold step to make it possible. Every great reality that exists today was once marked with every shade of impossibilities but men with minds given to possibilities took daring movements towards action and they translated vision into reality.

A mindset of possibilities is simply a visionary mind. In the words of Winston Churchill, he said and I quote "If you travel the earth, you will find it is largely divided into two classes of people - people who say "I wonder why such and such is not done" and people who say "Now who is going to prevent me from doing that thing?" the First Class of people carry no vision in their walk through life, while the second class of people are visionary minds.

Develop a mindset of possibilities -no matter the cost. It is in itself priceless and an advantage to walk through life successfully. The design of life is to confront you with impossibilities and to escape an average life which is not an option for high flyers; you must resolve to see possibilities in every impossibility life presents.

IMPOSSIBLE TO POSSIBLE …
Frida Kahlo was a prominent Mexican artist who became famous thanks to her extraordinary paintings. At the age of 6 she became seriously ill with polio, which made one of her legs thinner than the other.

That’s when her iron will started to form. To get rid of ridicule from her peers, who teased her with the name ‘peg-leg Frida,’ the girl took up swimming, dancing, football, and boxing. As a teenager, Frida had a car accident which resulted in a serious injury and severe pain in her spine until the end of her life.

After the accident she couldn’t get out of bed for several months. During this period she constantly painted, mostly self-portraits. Now the works of Frida Kahlo sell for millions of dollars.

Frida found herself in an impossible situation but she possessed a mindset of possibilities and she was able to pull through, emerging a world renowned public figure. As we draw the curtain I love to remind you of the words of Napoleon Bonaparte, he said and I end by quoting “Impossible is a word to be found only in the dictionary of fools.” Thus, A mindset of possibilities is a direct function of wisdom.

You’re meant for more, You’re worth more.
