I am a chef who mixes spices for Specific Cuisine of Aceh Sumatra Indonesia.

My daily activity has been blending spices for more than 10 years.
This time I want to introduce my very complicated spices to all my friends here.

Here are the types of spices that I use to achieve a delicious flavor for my Acehnese noodle dishes.

All of these are the raw materials for the spices that will flesh everything out and cook for 5 hours over low heat to produce the delicious marinade.
After the seasoning is cooked and ready to be used for cooking all kinds of noodles and fried rice.

Seasoning when cooked in cooking oil for 5 hours can last for more than a month if stored in the refrigerator.
One tablespoon of Aceh seasoning can be used for one serving of food.
