Greetings friends how are you all doing by the grace of God I'm doing great . l will write on a contest organized by @suboohi in healthy steem.

What do you understand by balanced diet

Balance diet is a type of food that provides the body with the complete nutrients and minerals to function effectively. A balanced diet contains an adequate amount of all the nutrients required by the body to grow, remain healthy and be disease-free.

Before you get a complete balance diet you must add fruit and vegetables to your food to maintain the overall health . and adequate fiber for food energy . It can said as the right amount of all the six c to classes of food and enough intake of water for proper digestion.

Effect of diet on overall health

The kind of food we eat is a prove to determine our health status . Eating the right amount of food is a proper way of reducing illness and bossy our immune system and help the body to function effectively. In take of good protein minerals whole grains carbohydrates.

Poor diet which are consumption of much processed food such as be beef sausages food that doesn't stay long in cooking such as pizza, shawarma a lot of this food can cause a lot of dangerous illnesses heart disease and liver problems. Peoples choice of food will determine their mood and cognitive abilities eating well will improve quality of lives.

For me I prefer food and a lot of fruit and vegetables carbohydrates whole grains lean protein such as poultry, fish pork . which is important to maintain healthy weight and prevent illnesses such as kidney and liver disease.

In achieving this we must eat food that has the amount of all nutrients for the body and our organs to function well ,and abstain from much of junk food that contains iron for a strong immune system health sustainable longevity.

In my own suggestions we should stay out of unhealthy food like processed food avoid added sugar refined grains, if we must take it must be in a moderate level. and take plenty of water because it helps our blood to flow properly, abstain from soda.

Follow up your health goals with exercising for like an hour to make the body be in fit and strong . please we have to do everything on a moderate level to avoid chronic disease.
