Yes I have felt much better after a massage. It is left me to feeling relaxed or calm and less tense. The stress in my muscles is melted away and I noticed that I could move more freely without discomfort. The massage also helped to clear my mind and making me feel more at in a peace. One of the best benefits was how it is improved my sleep I felt to more rested afterward. Overall a massage is made my body to feel rejuvenated and my mood too much better.
