True Colours | Team #2: Curation Report for Week 2

Official week 2 report from hunters of steemit true colours

Second week of curation was better than the our first week and we keep on hoping for the best as we work hard to get quality comments and posts to curate in this platform. Then beginning of season 20 engagement challenge made it easier for us to get access to more quality posts and most especially comments. I believe alot of steemians have really missed the engagement challenge and they are happy is back again with a more advanced pattern this time around.

Similar things from week 1 we noticed again

• Good commenters, those who engage and talk up and down are hard to find.
• Those willing to engage are always the same and their comments are longer and better than the average post.
• The average commenter gives nearly the same comment to everyone and is not open to answering a reply.
• A part of the good commenters only give a good, longer, or funny reply to a certain person, and if that person is not present they hardly share 3 words with other Steemians.
• Questions asked (by newbies) are rarely answered
• The average moderator just drops the report and adds some words but does not care about grammar, hashtags, or the impression a post leaves behind.
• Moderators (of newbies) do not recognize AI-created accounts and ignore questions from the team about why they didn't read the text, look at pictures, or read remarks in the comment section.
  
  

Communities visited

We tried our best to ensure that we explore this platform and search for true colours by visiting so many communities and encouraging steemians to engage more in the platform.

Countries encountered

While exploring alot of communities and also hashtags and blogs, we were able to curate alot of posts and comments from steemians of the different countries.

We decided to limit our votes for posts

Reasons:

• We go for art and creativity because they are the underdogs.
  Problem: The average creative mind is not too much into commenting which makes it hard to upvote.
• We aim to show the true colours of Steemit with our support.
• We know that most teams will give their vote to a post instead of a comment.

The markdowns in the post made it more easier to read. Her main intentions were to let us know how the pen and paper works together and to also remind us how stressful it is to manage financial records all day.

Is very bad to tell lies, it puts our lives in danger as it leads to negativity. This post clearly talks about the need to protest when the world is full of false people who are very cunning and heartless. She tried to make her points more understandable by telling us a story about a rich man.

Love is unmeasurable, love is kindness as well. This post tells us about the love story of the steemian's parents, how it started and how it ended. It was really easy for her parents in the beginning but they never gave up because of the love they have for each other. His writing in a very gripping way and only a brilliant mind can do so.

This steemian clearly expressed himself on alot of things happening in different countries but he focused on America more and clearly talked about both the past and present situation of the Americans, he feels the Americans are far behind the Japanese. He ended his words by convincing his friend that life is worth living in the West because of the high rate of natural things there.
